Copyright to submitted manuscripts is held by their authors. To reprint any copyright material published in the journals of Publishing House HORS LLC, the reference to the journal, the author and the title of the article are required. Copyright infringement in relation to a submitted and edited paper is prosecuted.

The editorial board of HORS Publishing House journals adheres to the Open Access policy. Articles are freely available on public Internet pages without any viewing or downloading restrictions. This allows users to read, download, copy, distribute, search the full texts, cite them, or use them for any other lawful purposes, as defined by the ules of Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI)

Full-text files of all archival and current journal issues are publicly available on the website http://dom-hors.ru. Online-version of the journals is an open access publication. When using published materials, reference to the journal and the authors of articles is required.

To ensure archivingnd preservation, the journals deposit the texts in multiple systems, including its own online archive, the archives of the Scientific Electronic Library LLC (eLIBRARY.RU), the Russian State Library, the CyberLeninka Scientific Electronic Library, "Russian Scientific Journals" database, SciUp Platform.
