1. Applications are accepted only for previously unpublished articles in Russian language, complying with the Publication Ethics and Terms and Conditions of Publication.

The article should be no less than: 10 pages from one author, 12 pages from two co-authors, 14 pages from three co-authors. The minimum required article volume does not include references in Russian and English.

2. The content of the article should correspond to the journals subject of Publishing House HORS, included in the List of Peer-Reviewed Scientific Publications of The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, in which the main research results of PhD or D.Phil. theses should be published:

3. All articles submitted to the editorial board are checked via the Domate software and are subjected to internal scientific review in accordance with the Publication Review Policy.

4. After approval for publication, the submission is sent for editorial revision (of Russian and English text). Articles are designed according to GOST 7.0.7-2021 "Articles in Journals and Collections. Publishing design", GOST R 7.0.110-2025 "System of standarts for information, librarianship and publishing. Authour's and publisher's text originals. Requirements for typographical design"; the list of references is verified according to GOST 7.0.5.-2008 "Bibliographic reference. General requirements and rules of compilation", whereafter the article is submitted for layout. The final version is coordinated with the author before the issue of the journal.

5. The publication of each issue of a journal takes place in accordance with the schedule.

6. Within 10 days after the release, the issue of the journal is uploaded to the platforms eLIBRARY.RU, the Russian State Library, "Russian Scientific Journals" database, Metafora information system and the CyberLeninka Scientific Electronic Library.

7. In accordance with Open Access policy, the operation of the journals published by Publishing House HORS is fundedby payments from authors who wish to publish the results of their research. Payment for the editorial and publishing services is provided under a contract cond with an individual or legal entity, including through grant funding.

The editorial and publishing services include:
- examination for borrowings by Domate anti-plagiarism software;
- scientific review in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Publication, listed online: https://en.dom-hors.ru/poryadok-i-usloviya-publikacii/;
- editorial proccessing (in Russian and English);
- layout of the manuscript;
- publication of the article in the journal issue and open-access placement on the publisher's website (http://en.dom-hors.ru) and of the journal's website (http://en.tipor-hors.ru / http://en.fik-hors.ru / http://en.pep-hors.ru / http://en.spp-hors.ru);
- submission to the eLIBRRARY database, DOI link registration, transfer of metadata in databases and library resources;
- providing the author with a copy of the journal via e-mail.

The cost of editorial and publishing services is determined by the price-list.

Payment for the editorial and publishing services does not affect the editorial decision on the article.

The services payment for retracted articles is non-refundable.

Publishing House HORS does not offer Fast Track publication services.
